Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED30-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP359, TYMSP2, and SPCS2P2. Each is linked with MED30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED30-to-partner and partner-to-MED30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP359 grouped by MED30-low versus MED30-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED30→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
