MED29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,773 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAK4, SUPT5H, and PLEKHO2_T364. Each is linked with MED29 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED29-to-partner and partner-to-MED29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED29 versus PAK4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED29→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
