MED29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED29 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED29-associated genes across cancer lineages are Adipocytes, Endothelial cells, and MEP. Each is linked with MED29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED29-to-partner and partner-to-MED29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Adipocytes grouped by MED29-low versus MED29-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED29→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
