Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,814 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BOD1L1, RBPJ, and GABPB1. Each is linked with MED28 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED28-to-partner and partner-to-MED28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED28 versus BOD1L1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED28→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
