Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,292 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED28-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUF2, VRK1, and UBE2C. Each is linked with MED28 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED28-to-partner and partner-to-MED28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED28 versus NUF2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED28→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
