Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 763 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED28-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, BNIP3P41, and MAP3K4-AS1. Each is linked with MED28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED28-to-partner and partner-to-MED28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6803 grouped by MED28-low versus MED28-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED28→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
