Across TCGA cell cohorts, MED28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,553 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DAMP biosynthetic process, Purine deoxyribonucleoside monophosphate biosynthetic process, and Cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with MED28 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED28-to-partner and partner-to-MED28 results are reported.
