MED27

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,165 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2B, GTF3C4, and EHMT1. Each is linked with MED27 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED27-to-partner and partner-to-MED27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED27 versus PRRC2B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED27→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
