Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED27 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,105 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED27-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTFR2, CDC6, and CDC25A. Each is linked with MED27 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED27-to-partner and partner-to-MED27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED27 versus MTFR2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED27→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
