MED27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 626 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED27-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, RNU6-1155P, and RNA5SP325. Each is linked with MED27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED27-to-partner and partner-to-MED27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by MED27-low versus MED27-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED27→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
