MED27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED27 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED27-associated genes across cancer lineages are Monocytes, Pericytes, and CD8+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with MED27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED27-to-partner and partner-to-MED27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Monocytes grouped by MED27-low versus MED27-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED27→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
