Across TCGA cell cohorts, MED27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,635 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination, Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, and Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint. Each is linked with MED27 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED27-to-partner and partner-to-MED27 results are reported.
