MED25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MED25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED25-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHOX2B, IQCF5, and CD300H. Each is linked with MED25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED25-to-partner and partner-to-MED25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHOX2B grouped by MED25-low versus MED25-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED25→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
