MED21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,808 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STK38L, SCFD1, and INTS14. Each is linked with MED21 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED21-to-partner and partner-to-MED21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED21 versus STK38L in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED21→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
