MED20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,581 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED20-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1-MOB4, IGHV2-70, and TUBGCP5. Each is linked with MED20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED20-to-partner and partner-to-MED20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1-MOB4 grouped by MED20-low versus MED20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED20→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
