Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MED19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MED19 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MED19 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MED19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and ESCA are the cancer types where MED19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
