MED19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,092 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTNND1, TBC1D9_S471, and TRMT6. Each is linked with MED19 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED19-to-partner and partner-to-MED19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED19 versus CTNND1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
