MED16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,133 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED16-associated genes across cancer lineages are FZR1, DOHH, and WDR18. Each is linked with MED16 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED16-to-partner and partner-to-MED16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED16 versus FZR1 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
