Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,666 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED15-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL11, KIF20A, and CCDC150. Each is linked with MED15 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED15-to-partner and partner-to-MED15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED15 versus NOL11 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
