Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED15-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 4E-BP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with MED15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED15-to-partner and partner-to-MED15 results are reported.
