MED14OS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED14OS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,139 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED14OS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell activation involved in immune response, Stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascade, and Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. Each is linked with MED14OS in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED14OS-to-partner and partner-to-MED14OS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B cell activation involved in immune response grouped by MED14OS-low versus MED14OS-high in TGCT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED14OS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED14OS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
