Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,019 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED14-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf70, PARP2, and CYB5D1. Each is linked with MED14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED14-to-partner and partner-to-MED14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C16orf70 grouped by MED14-low versus MED14-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
