Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED14-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Rab25, and XBP1. Each is linked with MED14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED14-to-partner and partner-to-MED14 results are reported.
