Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MED14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTXN3, NAA11, and OR52L1. Each is linked with MED14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED14-to-partner and partner-to-MED14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTXN3 grouped by MED14-low versus MED14-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
