MED13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,273 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, PARP1, and NONO. Each is linked with MED13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED13-to-partner and partner-to-MED13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED13 versus HNRNPLL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
