Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,843 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL4, SLC25A19, and BRIP1. Each is linked with MED13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED13-to-partner and partner-to-MED13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED13 versus MRPL4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
