Across TCGA cell cohorts, MED13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,882 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and Protein modification by small protein removal. Each is linked with MED13 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED13-to-partner and partner-to-MED13 results are reported.
