Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED12L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,033 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED12L-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRCC1, RHEBP2, and KRT18P18. Each is linked with MED12L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED12L-to-partner and partner-to-MED12L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED12L versus LRRCC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED12L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED12L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
