MED12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,207 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMG4, MTARC1, and UNK. Each is linked with MED12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED12-to-partner and partner-to-MED12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
