Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,646 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIMREG, MND1, and PPIP5K2. Each is linked with MED12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED12-to-partner and partner-to-MED12 results are reported.
