MED12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED12-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-B1, and c-Kit. Each is linked with MED12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED12-to-partner and partner-to-MED12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
