Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-622P, RNA5SP412, and RNA5SP164. Each is linked with MED10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED10-to-partner and partner-to-MED10 results are reported.
