MECR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MECR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,915 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MECR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R8, RCC1, and DFFA. Each is linked with MECR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MECR-to-partner and partner-to-MECR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MECR versus PPP1R8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MECR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MECR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
