MEAF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEAF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,241 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEAF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-178P, RNA5SP419, and RNU6-1276P. Each is linked with MEAF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEAF6-to-partner and partner-to-MEAF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-178P grouped by MEAF6-low versus MEAF6-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEAF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEAF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
