Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,576 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MEA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51AP1, KIF18A, and RRP36. Each is linked with MEA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEA1-to-partner and partner-to-MEA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEA1 versus RAD51AP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
