Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,536 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein peptidyl-prolyl isomerization, Trophectodermal cell differentiation, and Regulation of nuclear division. Each is linked with MEA1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEA1-to-partner and partner-to-MEA1 results are reported.
