ME3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ME3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,886 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ME3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRYZL1, UTRN, and RRBP1_S615. Each is linked with ME3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ME3-to-partner and partner-to-ME3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ME3 versus CRYZL1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ME3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ME3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
