Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ME3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,251 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ME3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS23, GINS1, and SGCA. Each is linked with ME3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ME3-to-partner and partner-to-ME3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ME3 versus PRSS23 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ME3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ME3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
