Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ME3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,715 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ME3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, GINS1, and POLR2C. Each is linked with ME3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ME3-to-partner and partner-to-ME3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by ME3-low versus ME3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ME3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ME3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
