Across TCGA patient cohorts, ME3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ME3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Tuberin_pT1462, and Bak. Each is linked with ME3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ME3-to-partner and partner-to-ME3 results are reported.
