ME3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ME3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ME3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBG1, RAX, and DUSP29. Each is linked with ME3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ME3-to-partner and partner-to-ME3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HBG1 grouped by ME3-low versus ME3-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ME3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ME3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
