ME2P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ME2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,208 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ME2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUBPL, LSM2, and SHROOM2_S922. Each is linked with ME2P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ME2P1-to-partner and partner-to-ME2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ME2P1 versus NUBPL in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ME2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ME2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
