Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ME2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,616 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ME2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIK3AP1, GBP5, and PARVG. Each is linked with ME2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ME2-to-partner and partner-to-ME2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ME2 versus PIK3AP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ME2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ME2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
