ME1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ME1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,547 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ME1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are G6PD, PGD, and ME1_S336. Each is linked with ME1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ME1-to-partner and partner-to-ME1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ME1 versus G6PD in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ME1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ME1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
