Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ME1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,326 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ME1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAKMIP3, CEBPA, and NMRAL2P. Each is linked with ME1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ME1-to-partner and partner-to-ME1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ME1 versus JAKMIP3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ME1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ME1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
