ME1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ME1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,575 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ME1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF8P1, TMEM126A, and PPP2R2D. Each is linked with ME1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ME1-to-partner and partner-to-ME1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLF8P1 grouped by ME1-low versus ME1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ME1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ME1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
