ME1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ME1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,061 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ME1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR1B10, PRDX1, and PGD. Each is linked with ME1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ME1-to-partner and partner-to-ME1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ME1 versus AKR1B10 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ME1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ME1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
