ME1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ME1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ME1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL10L, OR52J3, and TDRD15. Each is linked with ME1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ME1-to-partner and partner-to-ME1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL10L grouped by ME1-low versus ME1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ME1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ME1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
