MDM4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,626 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EDC4_S844, KDM5A_S1331, and KPNA4. Each is linked with MDM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDM4-to-partner and partner-to-MDM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
