Across TCGA cell cohorts, MDM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC32A1, PHOX2B, and APOL5. Each is linked with MDM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDM4-to-partner and partner-to-MDM4 results are reported.
